Dear SPAGN Members and Friends,

Once again this year, SPAGN will bring the patient voice to the global sarcoma community at the CTOS Annual Meeting, taking place 18–21 November 2026 in Seoul, South Korea.

The meeting is an important opportunity to bring patient advocates, researchers, healthcare professionals, and others from across the sarcoma community together. Through our activities at CTOS, we want to create space for patient organisations to share their work, exchange experiences, and make the patient perspective visible in conversations about sarcoma research and care.

All the best from the

SPAGN Board of Directors & Team
🀝 Meet, Connect & Exchange at the Patient Advocacy Lounge

The Patient Advocacy Lounge will once again provide a dedicated space for patient representatives and organisations to meet throughout the CTOS Annual Meeting.

πŸ“ Meeting Room 1 on 3rd Floor (3F) in the COEX Convemtion Center

πŸ—“οΈ Date: 18–21 November 2026

πŸ•£ Patient Advocacy Lounge: 8:30 am–5:00 pm daily

Come by to connect with other advocates, exchange experiences and resources, discover what organisations are doing in different parts of the world, and build new connections within the global sarcoma community.

We hope the Lounge will once again be a place for open conversations, new ideas, and meaningful connections.

πŸ“£ Share Your Work on the Patient Advocacy Poster Wall

Patient organisations are doing important work every day β€” supporting patients and families, raising awareness, contributing to research, improving access to care, and building stronger communities.

The Patient Advocacy Poster Wall gives you an opportunity to share that work with the wider CTOS community.

You can use your poster to introduce your organisation, highlight a project or campaign, share an ongoing initiative, or showcase an approach that is making a difference for people affected by sarcoma.

And your work will not only be seen in Seoul. All submitted posters will also be included in the Virtual Patient Advocacy Poster Wall on the SPAGN website.

πŸ“Œ Share Your Materials at the Information Tables
Patient organisations attending CTOS 2026 can also share brochures, publications, and other informational materials through the designated information tables in the Patient Advocacy Lounge.

This opportunity is open to all patient organisations attending CTOS, regardless of SPAGN membership.

Let’s Bring Our Community to CTOS

CTOS is an opportunity not only to share scientific developments, but also to make visible the work being done by patient organisations around the world.

We invite you to be part of this year’s Patient Advocacy activities β€” share your work, connect with fellow advocates, and help strengthen the patient voice within the global sarcoma community.
