Dear SPAGN Members and Friends,

As excitement continues to build for the SPAGN Annual Conference 2026 in Stockholm (1–3 May 2026), we would like to share an important last call reminder with our community.

The extended deadline for travel grant applications and project submissions for the Advocacy in Action Award (AIAA) and the Paola Gonzato Memory Award is this Sunday, 15 March 2026.

Whether you are planning to register for the conference, apply for travel support, or submit an advocacy project, this is the final opportunity to take part and share your work with the global SPAGN network.

✈ Travel Grants – Last Call

The conference will bring together sarcoma patient advocates from across the globe for three days of learning, collaboration, and exchange, including medical and research updates, advocacy and capacity-building sessions, and opportunities to connect with colleagues from the international sarcoma community.

⚠ As the deadline is around the corner (15th of March) and there are only a few grants remaining to help cover travel and hotel costs for SPAGN members, we strongly encourage organisations to submit their applications.

We have already received many inspiring and impactful advocacy projects from across our network, highlighting the incredible work being done throughout the global sarcoma community.

If your organisation would like to be part of this inspiring group of initiatives, we warmly encourage you to submit your project before the deadline.
