| Sarcomunicándonos Honored in Brazil – Among the Top Six Advocacy Projects |
|
|
Sarcomunicándonos América Latina is an SPAGN-led initiative that connects sarcoma patients, caregivers, and experts across Latin America through Spanish- and Portuguese-language webinars and virtual gatherings, providing reliable, region-specific information, support, and opportunities for exchange.
And we’re proud to share that @sarcomunicandonos Latin America – Brazil was named one of the six best cancer advocacy projects in the country as a national finalist for the Merula Steagall Award – All Together Against Cancer.
💬 “This recognition reinforces the strength of our work, which in just over a year has brought SPAGN into the homes of people living with sarcoma across Brazil.” — Wilker Jordi Lopes Franco, Oncology Pharmacist & SPAGN Volunteer
This recognition highlights the growing presence and impact of sarcoma advocacy across Latin America — and the dedication of those bringing awareness and compassion to patients every day.
