Osteosarcoma
- CabOSTar: Efficacy and safety of maintenance therapy with cabozantinib plus best supportive care (BSC) vs. BSC in children, adolescents and young adults (AYA) with unresectable residual osteosarcoma.
Currently recruiting in the US, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden and the UK. Planned: Ireland.

Chondrosarcoma
- ChonDRAgon: Placebo-controlled phase 2 study of INBRX-109 in unresectable or metastatic conventional chondrosarcoma.
Currently recruiting in US, Australia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and the UK.
- CHONQUER: Placebo-controlled phase 3 study of Ivosidenib in locally advanced or metastatic conventional chondrosarcoma patients.
Currently active in the USA, Canada, Australia, Brazil and Japan. Several countries in Europe planned to open soon.

Ewing sarcoma
- rEECur: Trial for the Treatment of Recurrent and Primary Refractory Ewing Sarcoma.
Currently recruiting in UK, Spain, Italy, Finland, Norway, Denmark, France, Hungary, Belgium, Poland, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Switzerland, New Zealand and Australia.
- INBRX 109: Open-label phase 1 trial of INBRX-109 for patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors including Ewing sarcomas.
Currently open in the US, Italy, France, Spain and the UK.
