Dear SPAGN Member Groups, Patient Advocates, and Friends,

We are delighted to announce that patient advocacy will once again have a valued presence at the Connective Tissue Oncology Society (CTOS) Annual Meeting. This year, we are pleased to host the Patient Advocacy Lounge at CTOS 2024 in San Diego:

Patient Advocacy Lounge
Room Balboa ABC, Second Level, Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego
Open from Thursday, November 14 – Saturday, November 16, 2024,
from 8:30am to 5pm

The lounge will serve as a welcoming space where patient representatives can connect and engage with all participants of the conference. We look forward to seeing you there!

We warmly invite you - our dedicated and passionate sarcoma patient advocacy groups - to actively participate in the Patient Advocacy Lounge.

Here’s a preview of some activities we’re planning for the lounge:
The Patient Advocacy Poster Wall
Do you have a great project you would like to share with others? Or would you like to introduce your impressive sarcoma patient advocacy organization to an interested audience? 

We'd like to use the lounge again to display a wide variety of sarcoma patient advocacy projects and organizations in the world – and to show what patient advocacy can achieve.

You are welcome to be a part of it, to add your poster to the poster wall and to present your organization or your lighthouse project. 

Please note: Posters must be submitted by October 29!
The Information Tables
 
You are also welcome to display brochures or other informational materials from your patient organization on tables provided for this purpose. This offer applies to all patient groups that attend CTOS - regardless of membership in SPAGN.
